Carpaccio was ranked number one in his breeding index with Coriano.
He was champion of his 100 day test and won his class at the Bundeschampionat. He is the sire of 2004 Holstein Champion Stallion, Chicos Boy.

Carpaccio is a dual purpose sire having many progeny with outstanding jumping ability combined with movement. A son Cabardino was reserve champion at the Oldenberg liscencing  and was a premium jumper in the Holstein approval. Carpaccio has dozens of 1.60m Show Jumping sons and daughters, Castello, Louisiama, Miss Saigon I (Lavall), Carpoccino, M-Catatani, Capatino, Carpaccio is also on the dam Sire of Campbell VDL.
